# GTM Gym

##### A B2B startup community for go-to-market topics

GTM Gym is a curated community I’m building for founders and GTM leaders of B2B startups in Austria and the wider DACH region.

My goal is to create a practitioner-driven space to regularly work through real go-to-market challenges — from early idea validation to running multiple scalable GTM motions.

**What GTM Gym will offer:**

- A gated community to ensure only relevant members and meaningful discussions
- A structured, moderated approach — not random AMAs, but guided problem-solving
- Virtual and in-person meetups, with optional recordings and written recaps
- Online discussion channels to follow-up, exchange experiences and frameworks
- On-demand educational content on core GTM topics
- Sessions with subject-matter experts from the GTM space

**Sign up for updates and early access**

GTM Gym is currently in development. If this sounds relevant to you, I invite you to sign up to:

- express your interest,
- provide your suggestions and feedback, and
- receive updates as the community takes shape.
