Processing is carried out exclusively within the scope of the contractual agreements with HubSpot.
6.4 Data enrichment
I use HubSpot’s data enrichment features to supplement existing contact and company data (e.g. industry, company size), insofar as this is legally permissible.
7. Use of OpenAI services
In the future, I may use OpenAI services to process CRM data:

within HubSpot (e.g. via workflow actions),

via integrations between HubSpot and ChatGPT.
I exclusively use paid OpenAI plans. Processing is carried out only where a valid legal basis exists (e.g. consent or legitimate interest) and in compliance with the GDPR. Open AI does not use the provided data for training purposes, and deletes it after 30 days.

I use Google Workspace for:

Personal data may be processed in this context. The use is based on my legitimate interest in efficient business organization and, where applicable, for contract performance.
9. Odoo (cloud version)
I use Odoo (cloud-based version) for business administration purposes, in particular for:

collecting electronic signatures,

invoicing,

bookkeeping and accounting.
In this context, personal data of customers, prospects and business partners may be processed, such as names, contact details, company information, offer and invoice data, and payment-related information.
Processing is carried out for the purpose of contract performance, accounting, and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR), as well as on the basis of my legitimate interest in efficient business operations (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Depending on the configuration and data location, personal data may be processed on servers within the EU or, where applicable, in third countries. Appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with the GDPR.
10. LinkedIn & outbound outreach
I use LinkedIn to research and contact potential customers, in particular:

optionally via outbound phone calls.
Processing is based on my legitimate interest in initiating business relationships (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), provided that no overriding interests of the data subject prevail.
