Why I offer this

This format is intentionally designed as an open offer. I’m in a position where I can dedicate part of my time to supporting others — including those who may not be able to invest in external consulting right now.

At the same time, it helps me stay close to real-world challenges, learn continuously, and gain new perspectives.
It’s also a way for me to give back: I’ve personally benefited from people helping me without expecting anything in return, and this is my way of doing the same.

Guidelines

To make this format valuable for everyone:

  • One session per department per year

  • Please book the earliest time slot, so there's enough time for the others

  • I reserve the right to decline requests or reschedule if they don’t fit the format

  • This is a non-binding offer and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time
